Welcome to Letter Legends! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Letter Legends mobile application ("Game") published by Glitch Yard ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or playing Letter Legends, you agree to these Terms.
Letter Legends is not directed at children under the age of 13. By using the Game, you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
When you first open the Game, a guest account is automatically created. You may optionally link your account to Apple, Google, or Facebook for cross-device access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Letter Legends offers optional in-app purchases including virtual currency (Coins, Gems), cosmetic items, and subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are displayed before purchase. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the Game.
The Ad-Free + Booster subscription renews monthly. You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: All subscription and in-app purchase refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) according to their respective refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google directly through your purchase history. If you need assistance, contact us at support@glitchyard.studio.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Letter Legends uses a preset phrase chat system. Players can only send pre-written messages from purchased Chat Packs. No free-text messaging is available. We reserve the right to modify or remove chat phrases at any time.
All content in Letter Legends — including but not limited to artwork, music, code, tile designs, island models, and UI — is owned by Glitch Yard or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Game content.
We strive to keep Letter Legends available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update the Game, or modify features at any time. We are not liable for any loss of progress during maintenance or updates.
You may stop using the Game at any time. You may delete your account through the in-app Settings menu. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Letter Legends is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or that your progress will never be lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glitch Yard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Game. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis — class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.
If you are between 13 and 17 years old, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these arbitration provisions on your behalf. By allowing a minor to use Letter Legends, the parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms, including this arbitration clause.
You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to legal@glitchyard.studio within 30 days of first using the Game.
